Līga Mekša

Neurologist, algologist,
neurosonologist

The doctor specializes in the diagnosis, care, and treatment of various types of headaches and multiple sclerosis and has been working in her specialty since 2017. At Vītola klīnika, she consults patients only in cases of abdominal and pelvic pain. In her work, she emphasizes open communication and building mutual trust. During consultations, the doctor aims not only to find the most suitable treatment approach for each patient but also to educate them about their health condition and the ways they can actively contribute to improving their well-being. Since 2023, she has been a doctoral student at Rīga Stradiņš University and is the author of several scientific publications.
