Agnese Grīviņa provides psychological support to adults, couples and families at different stages of life and during health-related challenges. She consults people experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional difficulties, life changes, relationship challenges or the need to adapt to changes in their health condition. In her work, she uses an evidence-based approach, creating a safe, respectful and collaborative environment. During consultations, she helps clients better understand themselves and their needs, strengthen their internal resources and find suitable solutions for meaningful life situations. Health psychologist with a professional qualification in psychology obtained at Riga Stradiņš University. In her work, she provides psychological support to adults, couples, and families facing health-related challenges, emotional difficulties, or significant life changes.

In consultations, she places particular importance on creating a safe and trusting environment where a person can openly discuss what is meaningful to them, gain a better understanding of their emotions, and find suitable ways to adapt to change. Together with the client, she works on reducing stress and anxiety, strengthening psychological resilience, and improving overall quality of life.

Her professional interests particularly include psychological support in matters related to women’s reproductive health. She also provides counselling to couples and families facing health challenges or significant life transitions.

She has gained professional experience in psychological counselling during her university placements, as well as through several years of providing emotional support to families as a certified PEP mother. She continues to develop professionally in the fields of health and clinical psychology, working under supervision and regularly expanding her knowledge through professional development courses and seminars.
