Olga Aizbalte is a co-author of publications in internationally recognized scientific journals, including Nutrients, Medicina, Clinical Nutrition ESPEN, and the International Journal of Obesity. She regularly enhances her professional knowledge by attending international conferences and seminars, keeping up with the latest developments in nutritional science and clinical practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Riga Stradiņš University and completed studies at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London as a Nutrition Therapist. In addition, she obtained a Harvard Medical School Certificate of Achievement in Immunology and Genetics. She is a member of the Latvian Diet and Nutrition Specialists Association and the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN).
