Physiotherapist
The physiotherapist specializes in pelvic rehabilitation – functional assessment of the pelvic floor muscles and treatment of health problems related to pelvic floor dysfunction, such as urinary incontinence, obstructed defecation syndrome, pelvic organ prolapse, postoperative rehabilitation, and others. In her practice, she also works with women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, addressing posture changes, lower back pain, correction of diastasis recti, De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, plantar fasciitis, piriformis syndrome, and other musculoskeletal health issues.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Rīga Stradiņš University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Latvia. As part of the Erasmus exchange program, she completed an internship in Valencia, Spain. She continues to expand her professional expertise by regularly attending courses, seminars, and conferences in Latvia and abroad.
