GYNAECOLOGIST, OBSTETRICIAN CONSULTATION +

A yearly check-up to support women’s overall, sexual and reproductive health – tailored to every stage of life. Regular monitoring of women’s gynaecological health enables the early detection of potential conditions. Gynaecological care is important regardless of a woman’s age, marital status, sexual orientation, or level of sexual activity. By noticing and describing changes in their bodies, women can help their doctors better understand their condition and offer the right approach. Every woman needs to choose a doctor she can trust. Likewise, such a consultation is an important stage both before and after surgery. Sometimes, a simple conversation can give a woman reassurance and a clearer understanding of her condition.

GYNAECOLOGICAL ULTRASOUND +

A harmless type of examination that is usually an integral part of a gynaecological visit. A modern diagnostic method that provides additional information to clarify the diagnosis and ensure the most accurate treatment plan. For patients requiring surgical care, gynaecological ultrasound helps clarify the diagnosis, determine the scope of surgery, and give a clear visualisation of the condition. It is a painless procedure with immediate results. For expectant mothers, ultrasound examinations give essential information about the baby’s development and overall health.

PREGNANCY CARE +

Pregnancy care begins with a medical consultation and continues with regular check-ups to monitor the mother’s health and the baby’s development. During visits, blood pressure is monitored, necessary tests are prescribed, and an ultrasound is performed. The specialist evaluates each woman’s individual health, answers questions, and gives guidance to provide knowledge and peace of mind during pregnancy. Towards the end of pregnancy, individual counselling helps families prepare for childbirth, postnatal care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.

Outpatient hysteroscopy +

A minimally invasive procedure using a diagnostic hysteroscope to examine the vagina and uterine cavity, enabling the detection of various conditions without general anaesthesia or special preparation. A hospital stay after such manipulation is not necessary. During the outpatient hysteroscopy, it is possible to:
  • assess the uterine cavity for any possible abnormalities;
  • remove small polyps;
  • cut small adhesions, septum of the uterus;
  • etc.

Physiotherapy +

Physiotherapy is an important part of gynecological health that supports women at different stages of life – from pregnancy and the postpartum period to addressing acute and chronic health problems. Special attention is given to pelvic rehabilitation, which includes functional diagnostics of the pelvic floor muscles and treatment of problems related to their dysfunction. It helps in cases of incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pain reduction, as well as in the recovery process after surgery. Physiotherapy also plays a significant role during pregnancy and postpartum, helping to reduce back pain, correct diastasis, and address other musculoskeletal health issues. Individually tailored physiotherapy sessions improve not only quality of life but also freedom of movement and overall well-being.

Urology +

Urology focuses on the health of the urinary tract and reproductive system, encompassing both diagnosis and treatment. It addresses conditions such as kidney stones and benign prostatic hyperplasia and provides care for urologic oncological diseases. Special attention is given to minimally invasive treatment methods, including laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures, as well as percutaneous nephroscopy, which is effective for large kidney stones. During consultations, the physician reviews the patient’s medical history, evaluates complaints, and performs necessary diagnostic tests to determine the most appropriate treatment. Reconstructive surgeries and individualized treatment plans are also available to optimize patient recovery and quality of life. Regular urological check-ups are important at any age, as they allow early detection and management of conditions that may initially be asymptomatic, providing patients with reassurance and confidence in their health.

Nutrition specialist consultation +

Nutrition plays a critical role in daily well-being and treatment outcomes. Individually tailored dietary recommendations help improve health at different stages of life. Nutrition plans are developed for conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, other hormonal disorders, as well as for pre- and post-gynecological surgeries (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, hysterectomy). Nutrition specialists also support patients with metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, and overweight issues. Special attention is given to dietary strategies for the perimenopausal and menopausal periods, supporting bone, cardiovascular, and metabolic health, as well as microbiome and digestive system health through personalized nutrition plans. With guidance from a nutrition specialist, you can develop long-term healthy habits that not only enhance your quality of life but also improve overall health management.
